- Used or opened DIY kits
- Clearance or special offer items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
